HCA Juniors is a club within HCA specifically for those members under the age of 18 on 1st October. Recurve, compound and longbow archers are welcome.
Junior Club Days are held every other Saturday morning throughout the year. At these sessions, coaching is available from HCA Juniors coach, Tony Murphy.
Juniors are encouraged to shoot and score rounds to progress through the County Badge Scheme and we also take part in the Perris Archery Junior League where scores for a half Portsmouth (the first 2 and a half dozen arrows) are submitted by Peter Brown the HCA Records Officer. In the summer months HCA Juniors shoot with the main club in the HAA Summer League. Throughout the year, HCA Juniors are encouraged to shoot in competitions if they wish.
Further information on the Perris Archery Junior League can be obtained from Peter Brown.
